Dark Angels Commander and Necron Lord duel by binary
An unusual one this, designed, modelled and painted for a competition consisting of a nicely put together set-piece showing the protagonists warily circling each other before delivering the fatal blows.
The Dark Angel Commander — looking very heroic with his sword and storm shield. Painted in classic DA style with nice dark armour and bright highlights with all decorative items in gold as befits his rank. And he has some nice added details, the Ravenwing helm with added wings, the cloak, and a storm shield. The pair of models sit well together on the large base which is itself well designed and executed.
